Do these Job sites work?...I've applied....but people see I live in Florida and they probably think that they are wasting their time.

 Nashville area is great too!  lots and lots of hospitals here.  :)  

I, too am a transplant from Florida.  We moved here from Orlando 2.5 years ago.  

The biggest and best run mental health center in the area is Peninsula. It is run by Covenant Health. You can probably google it for applications.

Unfortunatly Shannon, the state is going through some tough times and jobs are tight, especially in the Mental Health field.
