IDGOMB Thursday
Got up and went to the gym today. Today was total body muscle day and probably the first time I've done this in like a year. Warmed up and cooled down on the elliptical crosstrainer, about 15 minutes each and then heavy to moderate weights for arms, legs and abs. I gotta say, I felt great afterwards, but I'm feelin' my workout in my abs and back now, gotta keep up on that stuff now.

went to gym too. see above. this is the 4th trip this week to the gym. feeling pretty good about that. My hip has been hurting but I still went. I made it through 30 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of stretching. After that, I went next door to the Wal*mart and hung out with my cousin until he was finished.
I did just get back in the house from doing yard work. We had a forest growing in the drainage ditch in front of the house. I shoveled all of that out. Hell, I sweat more out there doing that than going to the gym. that has to count for something, doesn't it.
