Heading to the gym after work (helps that we have a gym here at work!).

Going to do the "Gravity" class.  It is a circuit training class that uses your body weight for resistance, i.e. squats, wall sits, sit ups, etc.

Will be a GREAT workout!

I got off my butt and went back to work for a 1/2 day, first day I've been back since surgery!  I got tired, my stamina is still not back, but it was so good to see the kiddos.   I also helped pack a few boxes, as we found out our little special education classroom is being moved to another school due to the one we are currently in is terribly overcrowded and they need our room. 

So...  my workout today..  getting up, dressed and off to work..  and then packing a few boxes while I was there.

Tomorrow and Friday will be much the same...   but everyday is a new day and I get stronger and stronger as i go!

I plowed and planted and harvested crops all day. Whew. So tiring. Okay, okay... so it was virtual farming. I didn't do any blessed real work all day. Some one give me a swift kick in the can. Lazy, rainy dreary day here today. I napped with the cats too. Someone make me use the treadmill!
