1 year surgerversery
(not sure if I spelled that correctly!)
All,
One year ago I had my RNY surgery! ALOT has happened in the last year.
I have gone down 6 pant sizes, 3 sizes in shirts, and lost a total of 167 lbs!
I have gone and done several things that I used no be able to do - Theme parks, sit in a normal sized chair, buy clothing at the regular mall, and even though I've not done it yet, I know that I can fly in a plane comfortablly.
I have some new goals - go skydiving, get plastics, and more travel (want to go to London).
It's been a great year!
I go to the gym 3 times a week and workout for about an hour each time... I want to get into cycling and rollerblading.
I'm 35, but feel that I've just been born!!
