I'm about to cry. My scale (as of this morning) shows my weight starting with the number '1'.
199.6 to be exact...
I'm not wanting to gloat because I know we have all struggled with weight all of our lives, rather I am here to tell you that if you have not reached this peak yet, YOU CAN DO IT.
I was close to weighing 300 lbs at the end of April 2009. What an incredible journey this has been...
