 I went to the gym this morning and did my lower body work out, low reps heavy weights, as I'm becoming skin and bones now that I'm 6 lbs from the goal weight I set so I'm trying to add some muscle mass. I also did some light cardio to warm up and cool down. Then later off to mow my lawn and do some yard work, will probably lose 2 lbs in water weight, I'll have to stay hydrated.

Went biking with my grandson about 4-5 miles.

Work moderate weights.

We spent the entire day at the lake, swimming, diving, jumping off the pontoon roof. I have never been on a pontoon boat before.  This was so much fun.  Tim & his family (parents, brother, sister, in laws, aunts, uncles) all went out and we had a blast. But let me say, I am so sore...  I still hadn't recuped from the office move Thursday...  man alive, all my muscles are hurting.

Did cardio & then took a one hour weight lifting class at the Y....it was brutal, but I can't wait to go back....then I swam for a couple hours w/the kids, pulled some weeds & planted pumpkins for the fall.....

All I did was cut my yard and the neighbors, but it was hot!

Next week we work in the Lumber department at Home Depot, so that will be upper weight lifting everyday!
