I.D.G.O.M.B. Saturday
I went to the gym this morning and did my lower body work out, low reps heavy weights, as I'm becoming skin and bones now that I'm 6 lbs from the goal weight I set so I'm trying to add some muscle mass. I also did some light cardio to warm up and cool down. Then later off to mow my lawn and do some yard work, will probably lose 2 lbs in water weight, I'll have to stay hydrated.

We spent the entire day at the lake, swimming, diving, jumping off the pontoon roof. I have never been on a pontoon boat before. This was so much fun. Tim & his family (parents, brother, sister, in laws, aunts, uncles) all went out and we had a blast. But let me say, I am so sore... I still hadn't recuped from the office move Thursday... man alive, all my muscles are hurting.
