I am home!! Thanks to everyone......
I just wanted to say thank you to Susan O. my "little" angel and everyone who wished me well and said a prayer...it all worked! I am so glad to be home, didn't know I was going to bring a drain to take care of home with me, but the drain comes out Tuesday. Every thing went well, thank goodness for powerful drugs.
For everyone fixing to have surgery, I was scared to death of everything, especially the line put in my neck. It was all for nothing. I don't really remember anything about it. The worse part for me was waiting 2 hours in holding before they took me back to surgery. When I got to the floor, my nurses were WONDERFUL and help with everything I could think of . I would strongly recommend Centennial to anyone , they were great!
I came home GAINING 10lbs. due to all the fluids in the hospital. If anyone else came home looking like a puffed up fish, please let me know how long this takes to go away.
Thanks again to everyone for everything! ~shell
