Century Card Protocol
You took the question right out of my head! I've lost quite a bit of weight from my highest- which was only last fall. I started to lose gradually before my 1st appt at bariatric center. Then I lost OVER my goal pre-surgery and have lost about 10 since surgery.
To me Weight is Weight do I count 63lbs or 10 for the card???
IMHO- I think I will count the Whole enchilada unless I hear otherwise! I worked to get those pounds off- why shouldn't they count? Just like I'm working to get these off- even though my results are happening a lot quicker!
We await the wisdom of the PRO's....

It seems to me that lost weight is lost weight. Or think of it like this: I lost 10 pounds prior to surgery. So do I have to wait until I get to 189 to claim Onederland? Of course not! The weight you lost prior to surgery is still part of your journey to health. It is a process. Claim it!
