4 Month Pictures Posted Today...

It makes me so nervous to post pictures, but I have tried to do it monthly since surgery in March....so, I put my 4 month pictures up today....as of this morning I have lost 97 pounds....I am so thankful I had this surgery & for the great care I get at Centennial.....I have 41 pounds to go until the goal I discussed w/Dr. Houston, but, actually, I think I should revise my goal of 155 (I am a little over 5'8") to 145---so, I think I have 51 more pounds to go.

Aw, Pam--thank you SO much...what a compliment!  Yes...I will add a testimonial to the Centennial site--although I may want to update my "after" picture when I get to goal..:).....

I am hoping to be at the Franklin August support group...it falls at the same time as my favorite cycle class at the Y & last month we were in Disney World...so, hopefully I will make it on the 3rd & see you then!

Micheala, it still amazes me how quick we can transform into the people we were meant to be.  You look amazing, one question were you jumping around in the nude again? The curtains are open!! BwaHahaha!!  Great job!  C'ya Bob

Dang-nabbit I keep forgetting to shut those curtains!!! My husband tries to remind me but I just don't seem to make it happen...sure would have remembered 100 pounds ago!! LOL!!

Oh my goodness YES RNY is GREAT!  There are all these other diseases out there that don't have cures...I feel so blessed that the disease of obesity has a "cure"--or at least an incredible option in the form of RNY!
