Sounds like my consult...

I'm working really hard to try to get a few of the things done.

I plan on trying to do the "tummy tuck" because that may be covered under insurance because of the recent ichyness that I've had lately.  I also want to have my "man boobs" removed and what I call my lower back, but the surgen called a "butt lift"!
That will likely be the last thing that I have done.

Good luck in your journey!

Michael.

I dont know if you would be willing to travel but I talked to a woman in Boston who had her plastics done at Mass General hospital it was done by residence and the costs were really low she got her arms and girls done for 5200 and then her tummy for 5700.   If you are interested you can pm me and i can send you the info she sent me.   I am going to get my plastics there, but all of my family is there so it makes perfect sense for me to go to boston.  Just thought i would share my 2 cents.

I've been thinking about it (even though I am just a preop with high hopes). I want to have my arms, breasts and tummy tuck but wasn't sure about which procedure will be most important. I'll have to decide after it actually happens. I am a serious planner so I'm starting to figure ways to work my "new car" into the budget in years to come. Thank goodness for Assets (Target's cheaper version of Spanxs) and Dr. Rey's!

I am determined to get plastics.  But, with all the medical bills with hubby's illness, it may end up being a pipe dream.  My plastics fund may have to go to keeping us out of bankruptcy instead.  Oh well.  That's life.  I can wear the spanx for the body, it's the batwings that drive me NUTS!

My bariatric surgeon does skin removal....and if its not covered by insurance, his practice has negotiated rates at Parkwest that are about a third of the cost of traditional plastics. (865) 694-9676...Dr. Boyce.

and he will work with your insurance to try get it covered. Excellent man, excellent surgeon, excellent practice. I know its over in east TN but hey, maybe its worth saving some $$$$$$$$......good luck!!

Be happy.

You might check with Dunagan, Yates and Allison in Huntsville, AL.  They are said to be excellent plastic surgeons. I know several people who have had surgeries (breast augmentation, breast reduction, tummy tuck, lipo, etc.) done by them and they were all very pleased both with the surgery results and the prices.

Here is a link to their website:
