I just wanted to say you like absolutely amazing!!!!!! I personally think 98 pounds since February is great and hope I can say I've lost 98 pounds in less than 6 month. Terrific job and keep it up!

Thanks but I lost 25 of this 98 pounds while I was waiting to have surgery. I have been in slow motion the last couple of months, but the inches are coming off. I appreciate your kind comments.

I;m not sure which compliment is better ......the "you look so skinny" or "you look so much younger" HUMMMMMMM,..........I like younger! When your 57 you need all the help you can get. Thanks Bob! You look pretty good yourself........And younger too.

Thank you so much. I don't know about the hero, but I'm trying to be an example. I don't ever want to go back to where I once was, so I'm determined to lose and then MAINTAIN my weight loss. You will be here soon.....Its really a trip......unbelievable!
