Added NEW photo 98 Pounds Less of Me

Check out my new picture in my photo Album.  I am so proud of me!  Even though the weight is not coming off as fast as I want it to.  It is coming off.  What a difference.  I love pictures now....used to hate them.

Thanks!  The looks are a plus, but the health benifits are worth it!  I feel so good.  I just know my bones are saying a big THANK YOU to me each day when I get up.  How in the world did they carry the excess baggage around.  

I'm still the same on the inside, but the cover of the book has really changed hasn't it?  It really feels good for the first time in a long time, I actually see it. and feel it.

Thanks to everyone for all the kind words.  The best part of this board is having friends to share moments like this.  Friends who know where you've been and where you want to go.  Friends that  understand what a moment like this means to you.

That is so funny....I sent a picture of me to my old work.  My X boss wrote me back and said I was HOT!    Now I don't know if that is sexual harraassment or not.......HMMMMMM.......I don't really care LOL  If it was, I don't know what everybody is complaining about!  

All jokes aside, it was a very nice compliment.  He is of the highest standard and was just letting me know how proud he was of my success.
