Need some answers

Thanks for the invite to be your friend.  That was sweet of you.  It is amazing how time gets away from us.  It seems like yesterday that you were waiting on the answer from the insurance.  And now, you are already into a month follow up.    That is just amazing, and I am so happy for you.

Hey Heather  so glad to hear that you are doing so well, keep it up. I too was faced with the same thing and was told that what I had lost was the water weight and then when I objected I realized that even though the scale wasn't moving I was losing inches like crazy. And of course I have no beginning inches to start with cause I only read the thread about taking before and after pictures and they are UGHHHH! Someone had suggested I start with an outfit that fit snug------I haven't worn anything "snug" in many years but I can tell the inches are gone. Just hang in there and you doing great!!!!!

I do take my measurements, but only once a month.  I have lost about 11 inches from June 14 to July 16.  But my clothes aren't fitting any differently even though I can see in the pictures that my stomach is smaller this month than in June.  I just like to see the scale move, which today it did go down a pound so maybe this awful stall is over.  Hope all is going great for you!
