TJ74 On The Losers Bench

Just to update those of you who are concerned.  TJ74 had her RNY surgery this morning at St. Francis Hospital.  (DR. Weaver),.  She was out of surgery and everything went well as of this morning.  I will be visiting her tomorrow and I will let you know how she is doing when I get back from the hospital.  I know you all will join me in wishing her the best.

Thank you so much for the update I have been thinking about her and praying!! 

I stopped in to see her today around 11:30.  She looked great and is doing well.  They didn't even put her in ICU like they usually do (maybe it is full).  She said she was having a litle nausea on and off.  They started her on ice chips this morning.  She was up around 2am (last night) walking a bit.  She is in good spirits and thinks she will be going home on Thursday.

I thought I saw you at the hospital. Were you waiting in the main lobby downstairs for a while?  I called out your name a few times, but you didn't turn your head so I kept going....thinking maybe it was your twin - lol.....

Yes it was me.  I didn't hear you.  I was getting my bloodwork drawn for my 6 month check up.  I went to see her after I got finished.  She said I just missed you.  I wish I had been able to see your son.
