July Challenge - Surf's up...

  Ho, Ho, Ho..  Merry Christmas in July

Ok, so I know very little about surfing, but let me try this analogy..  we have swam out to meet the wave..   and now with it being the middle of the month (almost) we are on top of the wave and heading for shore...   (can you tell I'm NOT a surfer?!?!)

July Challenge update on me..  I'm riding the wave, and hoping for the best, I'm really wanting to put my weight into the 230's by August, I've got a few more pounds, but I'm doing my food journal, (tracking protein AND calories.)   And I've made up a gym schedule for the rest of the month of classes and just general work out times.  Summer is getting busy now that school is just around the corner, I'm going to workshops and meetings all the time.. 

So how are you doing in your challenge this month????????????

Hey,

Right now I dont feel on top of the wave, but under it..

I am doing awrful! I am in a stall have been since the end of June. I was having some pain in my side due to constipation so I havent been exersizing at all. Although the pain is gone I am still having issues. I need to do some research and find out what all we can take. Miralax just isnt cutting it.

I have a bunch of work cut out for the rest of the month to meet my goal or even get close!

OOOHhhh  Sher!!

I am so sorry to hear that you feel that way!!!   Stalls happen (which is exactly what I told myself again this morning when I got on the scale and nothing happen.) 

I don't know what you can have as an RNY, and miralax has always worked for me, but maybe contacting your doctor's office, they may can recommend something to give you some relief over the phone?!

Good luck, take a deep breath in, and out..  (my favorite part of aerobics)

We work our tools every day, we set goals and try to reach them, but if we don't, please don't consider yourself a failure, because you tried.   We only fail when we fail to try!
