My first protein recipe!
Okay, here goes:
Cal Carbs Protein
Ingredients: 1 scoop(or serving) of protein powder--I used vanilla 110 1 25
1 - 4 serving box of Jello Instant, FF,SF Banana
Cream Pudding mix 100 24 0 2 cups milk--I used 1% Acidophilus
(better for my tummy) 110 13 8 8 Reduced fat vanilla wafers 120 24 1
Mix pudding, milk and protein powder according to directions on box (whisk together for 2 min and let set in fridge--at least 5 min. Crumble 2 cookies in dish and top with 1/4 or 1/2 c pudding. Enjoy!
Each 1/2 c serving with 2 cookies: 110 15 8
Maybe not a "perfect" snack, but tastes good and has some protein in it. I'm sure you could substitute flavors and maybe add a few of those 100-cal packages of cookies(I'm thinking chocolate!)

I've made a sf banana pudding before but never added protein powder to it! That is a good idea. Now, Erika... in order for it to be a REAL recipe... you have to give it a name! Lord, I'm afraid we might have unleashed something here, cause once you do one... ya gotta keep creating em! lol its kind of addictive.
