Angie,
I am 99% sure that your son in law Matt has been taking care of my husband for the last several weeks on the 11th floor. I want you to know that you have a very fine young man and we have both grown to love him dearly. Our son that died a few years ago was named Matt so that is always a special name, but you son in law personifies the meaning "Gift of God".
I know both Drs Mancini (Matt and Greg are brothers). In fact, Matt is the one who very recently saved my husband's life-literally, and Greg helped with follow-up. And, it was a much more complicated surgery than our roux En Y's! It was an emergency subtotal colectomy. I also know of Lynn. i have heard nothing but good stuff about her. I think you will be very pleased with that group. I lead a support group in Sevierville the first Monday of the month at Fort Sanders Sevier. It is an ObesityHelp group. Would love to have you join us! The name of the ObesityHelp group is Smoky Mountain Obesity and Weight Loss surgery Support Group. come join us!
