November OH event in Atlanta??

I just signed up for this event, was wondering if anyone from the board might be going, so I could meet people to go with talking online...

Hi Cheryl,

The tickets are $50.00 and include a lot of snacks/catered food.  If you click on events at the top of the page, and look for november, you can see all the info including the speakers.

Thanks I checked it out. Did you have the discount code that they mentioned? Are you staying at the hotel where the event is? I'm wondering if you have to stay at that hotel, or maybe find a less expensive one close by?

No, I didn't have a discount code.  I did get my reservation at the hotel where it is at.  I will likely be going by myself and figured that would be easier for me.  The host hotel has a workout facility and and indoor and outdoor pool. 

Not sure how much time we will have to use these things, but sounds like a wonderful place to be.

I would love to go to the event but that is Bleu and my 40th anniversary.  I can hardly believe it!!

How are you doing?   Looks like your weight loss is progressing nicely.  Good for you.

I missed Marilyn's support group meeting as I had to leave the 4th but she said she had a great turnout.  Did you make it?

I am in Florida right now.  My dad is having a carotid endartectomy next week and he will need a little help for a few days.

Maybe I will see you next month at the support group meeting.
