BCBS update

Well I heard back today from BCBS of Alabama. They are requesting more records. They want records from 2006 showing I was obese, good thing I have contacts. I have records faxed immediately from 2 different doctors from when I lived in Pennsylvania back then. This wasn't on my list of stuff I needed I had all my other requirements met.

So hopefully they will get them today and I will get my answer soon.

Anyone else have them do this to you?

i don't have BCBS.  I have CIgna, but yes!  I too had to send my records back to 2004.  I was missing my 2007 and got denied.  I said, well if i was obese in 2004, 2005 and 2006 and in 2008, and 2009 then wouldn't u figure i was in 2007?  But hey! red tape.  But just an FYI i did not have a PCP in 2006 because i refused to go to my old one anymore and had not found a new  one.  I got ill one time and went to Tennessee Urgent Care and I had them fax over that record.  So, if you maybe went to a clinic or something here during that year you could call them for your records.  Just an FYI.
