I know he finished his career at Baltimore but he will always be a TN Titan to me. I know I played and coached basketball but I love the game of football. Steve will be missed as a player but most of all as a man, a father and a husband. So sad.

Same here, he will be missed terribly. The world has lost so many great/awesome people lately. When is it going to stop.

I just heard about it now on the 6pm news.  How horrible!!!

I hope they catch the &^%$@# that murdered him and punish them to the fullest extent of the law.  What is wrong with people?

His family and friends are in my thoughts.  What a sad day for Nashville.

That was such shocking news...  a really horrible tragedy indeed!  I hope they find out very soon and put the murderer behind bars.  It's sad.

Oh and also, I have been thinking about Michael Jackson.  I loved him and was a huge MJ fan when I was young.  I loved Farrah.  And Ed McMahaon.  Weve had a lot of tragedies this month.

Steve, was a good man, even after he left the Titans he did a lot for the middle Tennessee community. I find it very suspicious that the girl that was murdered with him was given a DUI 2 days ago by the very same Officer that got Steve, which he beat.  I'm not saying this had anything to do with the death but I do think that should still be looked into. God Bless both of their families.

The presser later tonight was quite interesting. Saying that they found a gun, only after her body was moved. He was shot several times she once.
Makes me almost think the guilty party is already dead.

The police say they are not looking for any suspects.   I guess it was a murder/suicide.

I feel so sorry for his wife and sons.

I first heard of Steve McNair when I lived in Meridian, MS and he attended  Alcorn St.  He is why I am a Titan fan....
