RNY on July 27th and Preop July 13th

I am finally scheduled for RNY on July 27th with preop July 13th.  Anyone else having surgery or preop on those days?

Thanks!!!  I need all the support I can get.  I am one of the lucky ones.  My wife had RNY 7 weeks ago (already lost 45 pounds).  She is the ultimate support for me and I am looking forward to joining the journey with her.

You are mighty welcome, I don't know what I would of done if I hadn't had my hubby and family. They were awesome through all of this. I had not seen my aunt that was so neg. about in over 3 yrs. She was so shocked at my aunts funeral, I thank that her jaw could of hit the floor, if it had dropped any further. LOL But it was worth it all. And let you wife know that my prayers and congrats are with her too.  Barb

Thanks for all the words of encouragement.  I find myself getting more nervous as the date approaches.  I will keep everyone informed.  Again, thanks for the support.

Congratulations Casey!  I am scheduled for Preop on July 14th and RNY on July 21.  I am a little nervous (it reminds me of getting married!).COLD FEET!  Anyway, I wish you much success and I think it is great that you are so supportive of your wife!
