hi so my surgery is july 7th .where do i buy protein powder? i want to start getting things ready to make things as easy as possible on myself for after surgery. i would be thankful for any suggestions. thankyou.

I'm still working my way through the 16 different samples I got from vitalady.com.  Found some keepers and some I won't ever drink again.  The DS requires 80-100 grams of protein a day.  There is no way I can get that from eating at this point.  I drink at least one shake for breakfast and one between meals or in the evening if not another liquid source of protein.  I know Isopure clear drinks aren't all that popular, but they work for me.
