Heat Stroke On a 4 Mile Walk

So yesterday my mom being the wonderful person she is ended up making me walk yesterday in the 97 degree weather. I walked about 4 miles away from her house trying to make it to my house and officially had a heat stroke. BUT I walked 4 miles when before my surgery I couldn't take ten steps. I think that without the weather I could have made it further. Now I'm out of commission for a few days with rest and fluids. Wish me luck.

You probably over did it a little bit,   Please take care of yourself.  My DH had a heat stroke about 15 years ago playing softball in 103 degree weather.  He has never been able to withstand the heat like he once could after the heat stroke. 

You are to be commended for your effort, but PLEASE be careful. 

I want you to live to be the skinny healthy person that I know you are going to be!
