Last full week for buggies... figured I'd be a pest..

Good Morning,

We are in our final full week of our June Bug challenge!!  How are you doing on your goals?

This past week, I lost 2 pounds, I made it to three Y classes, I have met my weight loss goal, so anything I loose this week is a bonus!  Been a while since I've been able to say that, I had hit a stall.

The biggest news for this week though from me is...  I see a psychiatrist today.  I will keep you posted on how that goes, because while I believe it is important to keep upbeat, it is also important to know other's stories and how we coup and survive.  I want to thank you for all my friends on here!

OK, enough sappiness...   how did your bugs fly this past week, and are you ready for the last full week of the challenge??

Congrats Amy on hitting your June goal already.  My goal was 15 pounds and as of today I am down 14.  I was on a stall but the weight started falling off again this week hopefully it will keep falling off now.

 Hey Amy!

I doubt I'll make my 11 pound goal (my body gives it up in spurts, which is rather annoying!), and aside from last week, I have done quite well with making it to the gym.  I got there 5 days a week the first two weeks, but only twice last week between doctor's appointments and runs to Franklin to the vet with Tuesday.

I already did my cardio this morning at home (30' on the elliptical) and will sneak over to the gym this afternoon for weight training.  There's so much going on these days I don't know how to squeeze it all in!

Well I did set a smaller goal this month because my weight loss had slowed BUT...I have met my goal of 10 pounds as of this mornings weigh in so I too am very happy with myself.

I have been going to the Y at least 3 days a week and taking like 4-5 classes a week.

I would LOVE to hear about your psyc meeting.  I have been thinking about that alot myself lately.  I know I have to get to the bottom of my bad habits to keep them gone.  Good Luck to you with that.
