"Half Ton" TV Series on this evening (Sunday)

Just wanted to let you know that the "Half Ton" TV series is on this evening starting now (7pm) with "Half Ton Dad".

At 8pm is "Half Ton Mom", and then "Survival of Half Ton Teen" at 9pm.

These are on the Discovery Health channel.  Not sure what channel it is on Comcast Nashville, but on Directv it is channel 279.

I've seen both the shows about the Dad and the Teen, but will watch the one about the mom.

There are all very good shows. Sad but also hopeful at the same time. When I was "heavy", I could no****ch shows such as these because it was too painful and really hit home. I am finally able to watch them and have something in the back of my mind that I can relate to and be thankful that I made this new life committment to recover my life, my health and well being.
