I FINALLY got approved!!!

After 2 1/2 years of trying I was approved!! Yea! I had applied last year and was turned down, so started all over again with 6 month diet and new doctor letter and I was approved! I am using Dr. Dyer and having RNY, my first appointment is not until July 24th and I asked her if everything went well what kind of time line I was looking at for surgery , she said around Sept. or Oct. !! He is booked up! ( he must be good , right?) I work for the school system so was hoping to have it done before August was over and not lose any work but oh well, at least I was approved right??? Who has used Dr. Dyer........Let me know how you liked him.
Now my waiting begins...........~shell

Shell, I'm soooo happy for you, I just knew it would happen. You've
got time to plan and start walking a bit, so you can be in the best health
you can be. WOOOOOOWEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

Yippee----I had Dr. Houston, but you will love Centennial...they have been incredible.  I am so happy for you....Sept/Oct is right around the corner & the weather will be much better to get out & walk after your surgery (not as hot!).

Thanks girls for your kind words! Yes , I am excited and it will give me time to get everything ready including myself! I had requested Dr. Houston on my first try but she put me through to Dr. Dyer to make a appointment when I was approved this time. But I guess it doesn't matter they are all good! I had gone to Dr. Dyer's seminar, so maybe that is why.  I am just excited about getting it done .....~shell

I used Dr. Dyer for my RNY. He is VERY good. He takes his time and is very thorough. You wont be disappointed in your choice. It is part of why he is so busy.
