Allergies *sniffle cough cough scream* OUCH!

I am just trying to heal and this aggravated cough from allergies is killing me! I cant take Zyrtec D anymore because they are timed release and cant be crushed. Now I am taking regular Zyrtec and Sudafed and it's not working! Do any of you have allergies? And what do you take?

My 4 year old takes Zyrtec D in liquid form. Ask your Dr.  Hope that you get better!
