Oakland Tennessee Support Group

OK....Its time again.  Support Group meeting is at the Holy Spirit Lutheran Church in Oakland Tennessee on the third Wednesday of every month.  7:PM.    It is at 7:PM.  *This Wednesday!

We're going to try to have a small protein sample tasting.  I am going to bring some of mine if any of you have any you like and would like to share.  There is just a small group and we will just sample out of small containers like they use to serve catsup's from at McDonalds.   (No I didn't take them from McDonalds (lol) ).

See you there Cathy.  I have a few sample packets I will bring.  I have yet to find a protein mix that I like, so this should be interesting.

I think we had a great meeting.  Hope to see you again next month.  I really enjoy sharing "face to face"  I don't always get to go to the one in Memphis, but I am still going to try to get there too.
