Ok..so I'm preaching to the choir here as you have all probably had your "WOW!" moment. So I get on the scale this morning and my weight is finally back in the high 220's! Folks, my scale has not seen the 220's since I was 25 years old! Stepping on the scale and seeing that was like gettting back in touch with a long lost friend.

I know this is corny to most people, but it is a milestone for me. This is just what I needed to keep my momentum.

Just wait until the day you step on that scale and the first number is a 1!!!!!! You're gonna be giddy as a school girl even though you are a manly man. And that will be just fine too!
