Ok all,

I tried the 8th Continent Milk last night.  It was the Light Vanilla flavor.  I think non fat, not 100% sure about that.

Well I usually make some sugar free pudding out of non fat milk.  I thought that I read that you can use the 8th Continent milk for this, but I must have read it on something else that i was looking at.

I like the taste of this product, but do not use it to make pudding!!  The pudding did not setup.

It got thick, but never set.  You could drink it!

So still with the fat free regular milk for sugar free pudding and use the 8th Continent milk in your coffee, etc.

On those types of milks, its best not to add the entire amount of milk that the Jello pudding box asks for...

And, I use Labrada RTD for my pudding.

Ok I will keep that in mind.

The box asks for 2 cups of milk, how much less should I take off to use this?

I've not had the Labrada RTD, I will need to try that I've heard nothing but good things about it.

Mel, I sent you PM with this same info in this post, just thought that maybe everyone should know about this product!

There are two ready to drinks... Labrada Lean Body and Oh Yeah. They are competitors... but I am a faithful die hard Labrada Lean Body fan all the way, though I stray on occasion and use the Oh Yeah drinks! lol. They do sell both in the fridge section at Vitamin Shoppe. I don't use the entire box of jello. I half it because I am not that much of a pudding fan where I want it very often and it would probably go to waste.

But, why don't you try 1 1/4 c of the Hood to see if that does it... it it looks a little thick, go ahead and add just a tad more until your mixture looks like it would set up.
