Monday I start on my regular diet, which don`t seem much different than the week 3 diet. I am sick, sick , sick of tuna, Chicken, everything seems to make me gag these days. Its like I don`t like food anymore. Any suggestions?

Wendy's Chili high in protein and Taco Bells Pintos & Cheese. Watch the cheese its very hard to chew so Just Pintos. Egg salad, thats all I can think of right now.

go to bariatriceating.com.  there are tons of recipes on there for all stages in the road.  It has helped me to get ideas of my own and such.

I lived on a bunch of soups at that period.  Felt like the only thing that I could keep down  or even get down for that matter.

You could just be bloating or something, you said you have been eating a lot of tuna. It is loaded with sodium. Or maybe it's just "that time". I am sure you have nohing to worry about.

I know on my liquid diet a couple days I didnt lose what became the normal 1 pound a day and then when I finally did I would drop 2 so it averaged out. No need to worry just follow your instructions.

Make sure that you are getting in at least 70ozs of non carbonated, non caffeine fluids a day.

Also are you "going".  I know when I was as new as you are, I had problems with "going" (number two that is).  I had to take fiber to get that under control.

At about three weeks out, you will run in to a MAJOR plateau.  It will drive you crazy!!

Just make sure that you continue to follow your "rules" and it will come off!!

I promise!!

Yes as Michael mention that MAJOR plateau!!  Been there and still there  haven't moved the scale since the 23rd of  May. And frustrating isn't the word I would like to use. I am hating it sooooo much. And it is so depressing! I have stopped weighing everday. I weighed Sun. 31st and then Thurs. 4th not a blasted thing. So Sonya I only hope that it doesn't happen to you or doesn't last as long. Hang in there!

Just a suggestion but stop weighing yourself every day. You should weigh once a week on the same scale first thing in the morning. That well give you the most accurate weight with out depressing yourself by over weighing. You can tell how your clothes feel.
To over come a plateau if you increase your protein you will trick your body out of the starvation mode. With increase of protein your body will think it came from increased food. C'ya Bob
