I also want to add one more thought (as if I didn't say enough! LOL).  When I first joined Bariatric Eating's site, they had a bunch of recipes that were sugar free.  It still happens today with other newcomers, but I was confused as to "when" or what stages I could add those types of food.  I see some who think just because those foods are on a bariatric eating board, and they are considered "friendly" for us, then they should be able to have them at any and every stage.  Well, some folks actually panicked because their weight loss stalled.  When they were asked, "What are you eating?" and they listed all the recipes, wow!  No wonder!

I will always share products that I find.  I love to get new ones all the time.  But sometimes there are products in my mix that are surely not for new folks!  I don't even bother saying "Please remember...  keep in mind of what stage of the journey you are in..." because it sure gets old!  I occasionally do "toss it out there" though...  After all, newbies have so much information and life changes to make...  Heck, just learning to read food labels is enough to make you want to scream and cry your eyes out!!  so they still do need those reminders.

As usual, your 2 cents is now worth 49 cents!  And it's not inflation that caused it to go up.  It's the wealth of knowledge and experience that you bring to the table! My Teacher Rocks

I am PROUD to call you friend!

I LOVE to read what y'all have to say...you are always right on the money, really, with what I am thinking of, or doing at that very moment. (kinda like going to church and you just know that the preacher is preaching to you and only you at the time)...

Thanks for all y'all do and say and keep it coming..I have a long way to go and I hope that I get to go there with all of y'all.
