 Boy howdy, it certainly feels like June out there!  

With Amy's June bug challenge beginning, I'm really focusing on moving my butt this month.  Even though I've only done a bit of exercise today, I'm starting the thread now and will update once I get everything on my checklist for the day done.  I really want to be accountable and stay on top of my routine and not let the heat of summer bog me down.

Here's the plan for today:

:: walk from car to office (20 minutes)  DONE, CURRENTLY AT 9661 ON PEDOMETER

:: 20 minutes on bike at gym  COMPLETE!

:: leg/hip stretch series FINISHED!

:: lower body (M-W-F) on weight training machines  DID HIP ADDUCTORS, ABDUCTORS, CALF EXTENSIONS, SEATED LEG PRESS AND BACK EXTENSION 
:: if I survive all that, mow the grass front and back yards tonight YEAH, UM, NOT SO MUCH.

 I have crabgrass in my raised vegetable bed that's calling your naaaame, Erika!   

I know from experience what a great workout that is--you'll be feeling it later, but the ache will be that of proud accomplishment!

I just got back from ZUMBA, which on Monday night the instructor is NOT pregnant like the the instructor on Friday nights which is what I was used to, so to say the least, we moved around A LOT more and I'm sore, but H-A-P-P-Y!!!  I am loving exercise!! 

I'm tired now, seems like a lot of catching up to do on the boards, but I will do that tomorrow after I get back from class at the Y..   I'm thinking water aerobics might be safe, but kickboxing does sound like fun...  

I'll let ya'll know tomorrow which one I pick..

 I love that YOU love exercise!  I'm having fun with it too, though I haven't done any class stuff like you.

I vote for water aerobics but then again I'm a water baby.  I can't wait to hear which one you choose.  I know you'll have a load of fun either way!
