I can`t get in enough liquid....

Sonya, we (Centennial) don't encourage the protein bullets - wrong type of protein and you don't absorb it well. While yes, you need protein, the biggest focus for you right now is staying hydrated. If you have a shot glass - look at it, (maybe even use it to drink your crystal light with), you should be able to get that much fluid in every 5-10 minutes. At this stage, it is truly sip, sip, sip! If you find you are not urinating very often or it looks dark (like tea), or you feel dizzy/light-headed when you stand up, you need to call the surgeon's office as those are symptoms of dehydration.

Remember - sip, sip, SIP and walk, walk, WALK!

Thanks Pam I am urinating a lot. I was just worried I was gonna mess something up by only getting about 45 oz of liquid in and only around 1 scoop of unjury in a day. I will try the shot glass and see if I can get in more. I am sick of the broth, I can`t wait to move on to another stage. Thanks again...
