Let me know and then I will post what/where/and hopefully pictures.

I don't have all the totals, but I think I got 3 of the biggies.

Calories 346
Carbs 18
Protien 20
Fiber 4
Let me know what you think.

Ok, here it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chicken Tortilla Soup Bowl @ Red Robin

You can go to their website www.redrobin.com an click on the nutrition link and choose just about anything on the menu and you can customize what you are thinking about eating and it will calculate all the numbers for you. I tried to copy and past a picture, but either it would not let me or I just don't know how to do it................LOL

If you know ahead of time that you are going there, then you can plan your other meals around this one. I think it's a fairly good choice for something every now and then. Also I think it only cost $4.99, another
good deal. I hope this will encourage some folks that haven't made it there yet to go and try the place out. They don't freak when you ask for addition/deletion on anything..........at least the one at Mt. Juliet doesn't

Yes i would eat this IF it was something I like! LOL

If its a meal, I would eat it (although due to restriction, I wouldn't be able to fini**** all probably).
If its a protein bar, I wouldn't eat it all at once, UNLESS its just so irrestible that it makes me want to gulp it all down!  THEN I would really have to make sure that I stay away from it or give half of it to Tim so it would be portion controlled!

None for me, thanks!  Definitely more than my 5 carbs/meal max and my daily calorie intake is between 400-600, so that's a lot of calories for just one thing.

I do like the 20gm of protein, though!!  Can't wait to find out what it is!! xo, Micheala.

It would depend on the fat content. I suspect it is high because there arent enough carbs and protein to account for that number of calories.
