Just curious about what you eat when you eat that little something to keep you going.

Mine is string cheese.

Mine is chips!  HAHA just kidding!!

I usually get a Carbmaster yogurt.  Something a little less I then get a string cheese like Freddie.

Hey, yours can't be chips! Mine is chips too! How coincidental is that? BWAHAHA!

I like Carbmaster peach or vanilla with 2 tblsp of pumpkin plus granola.  If I don't have granola, I dont eat the yogurt.

I sometimes get 2 bites of a protein bar and that satisfies the "sweet craving"

I also  have some Ha's dried apples and every once in a while I get a ring or two.

I also have Trader Joe's triple layer hummus that I dip two mini rye crisps into.

My last resort if all else fails, just go to bed.  LOL

I LOVE the carbmaster yogurt!!

If Kroger decided that they are going to stop selling it, I would DIE!!  (well not really, but it would feel like it).  i was reading a post that was a bit old that said that kroger was thinking about discontinuing it.  Then new flavors were introduced.  Everytime I go, they seem to be almost out.  Many times I have asked to see if they have any in the back.  One time I went to three different Krogers, because they did not have them!!

I liked the taste of the peach, but everytime i would buy them, they were watery.  My favs are the Cherry and Strawberry/Pomagranite.  3rd place would be Blackberry.  I used get the Rasberry, but I don't like the seeds.

There is not another yogurt that i know of that is flavored that has the good stats like the Carbmaster does.

Beef jerky!    High in protein, low in carbs and fat. I love the Peppered Beef Jerky from WalMart.

Bob, have you tried the Ostrim jerky sticks?  They come in four flavors:  teriyaki, bbq, natural and peppered.  These are made from Ostrich meat and wow, they are really big and filling and have 14 g of protein !  Tim likes these a lot.  I am not a big jerky fan but on occasion, I get a little desire to have some...

Mine is a beef stick called OS-Trim - like a Slim Jim but better for you.  My go to snacks have to not be sweet. I actually dread sweet things most of the time because all my protein shakes and bars are sweet. But I love beef sticks!

Dry roasted edamame. More protein and less fat than nuts, but you still get that nutty crunch. Bought the big jug at Costco today!
