           Glad that your on the loser's bench with us. And yes the pain can be unbearable at times. Being 16 days out I can attest to this. Right now the only pain I am experiencing is from the hernia above my belly button and it's really not pain just discomfort. To add listen to your fan club...rest-sip-walk. It's great advice.

WELCOME HOME!!!  Yup, the soreness is really crazy at times....I must have called Dr. Houston three or four times about it, but, just like he said...it will be GONE (I mean no signs of it...can do abs, crunches, etc. now) by 5 weeks & you won't feel it again.  So, hang in there...take it easy, get your protein & your fluids in & smile because you are a LOOOOSER!! xo, Micheala.

Thanks everyone, a quick question, how long does the soreness last. Everytime I get up out of a chair, or my bed its almost unbearable. That is the only problem that I have had.
