Your steak dinner looked yummy ....but btw one of my things I like to do when I get off work and don't want to cook but want something normal, good and healthy...

Outback has first rate child's menu ... I often get the grilled chicken with either a baked potato or steamed veggies... I think they have a really good steak on the childs menu too which is a good portion size for us, WLS .  Usually around $7 tax, tip and all.

I did not know about the childs menu!

Thanks for the advice!

Michael.

That looked wonderful. Yes your doctor would DEVOUR that!  All of it.  I am still a little leary of steak, but that is just me and my pouch.  And you know I would have had to thrown something green in there!!  You did good!  You are at that point in your journey where you can definitely eat this type of meal.  Carbs in moderation at this point is the key.  Now, anytime you want to prepare it and let me try it...I am game!!  LOL!!!

That looks really YUM! I can't eat steaks for a few more months, but LOVE grilled shrimp! I was in New Orleans over the weekend and ate nothing but shrimp, crab, and crawfish. Good stuff!
