Goodwill Rocks!

I LOVE Goodwill, but I have to admit to having a "special" ritual for the clothes I get there...   luckily my "mud room" with the washer and dryer has a door, so I bring the clothes straight to the washer, dump them in, with my Tide with Fabreeze, they get washed once in that, then I wash them in my "normal" detergent.  And straight to the dryer, so any bugs will either be drowned or baked by the time I wear the clothes!

The first Saturday is 1/2 price day, then we have other days through out the week that have "special" colors for lower prices...   so just call your local Goodwill and find out what day is what...

I love Southern Thrift in Donelson.   They have the best fat man jeans i bought a pair of ralph lauren polo jeans today size 48 (14 inches lost) for $3.50.    I have bought all my clothes frm there and they ahve really nice stuff. 

Have you guys also checked out the Goodwill outlet store? It is  on Bradsford Ave I think. Over by the Metro Board of Education.  I went there last week and got an outfit for my one daughter, an outfit, dress, belt, and top for my other daughter, a shirt and Suit jacket for my boyfriend, and two purses (one was a Coach-and not an imitation  for 14 bucks!  I love the Goodwill and look forward to the 1st Saturday of every month when everything is 1/2 off!
