Omg so weak
This may be part of the problem. If you aren't drinking much you are probably dehydrated and dehydration causes headaches and weakness. You need to be drinking at least 64 oz of liquids in addition to the meal replacement shakes.
Drink up girl and I think you will feel better. You'd better get used to drinking without eating now because after surgery you will be drinking without eating for the rest of your life...and eating without drinking.

Dear Sonya,
I'm so sorry you are having such a rough time. I promise it will all be worth it in the end. Just be your positive self and you will do fine. We all have our problems (the easy way, right!!). I just had a physician tell me this week I had taken the easy way to lose weight! I was furious but put it off to him being ignorant about the subject.
My very best to you on your surgery and I will send a prayer your way for your new birthday.
Love,
Nancy

Sonya,
I'm sorry you are having a hard time... I will tell you that this is the VERY WORST PART OF THIS. Those first few days, going through food withdrawals are absolute hell. Our doctor requires 8 days of that. By day 5 or so I was like, "who cares? gimme some more carnation". I had headaches and pains and was moody and cried and all kinda stuff like that.
Keep busy. organize bills and mail/change your filing system, drag out all of your old pics. you know, do the thing in your house that you have dreaded forever. We took on a construction project to keep me busy. Not the smartest idea (the banging killed me) but it definitely took my focus off of it.
Yes, you will not be able to eat solids after surgery but at least then, you will have no hunger. It gets easier.
