Peanut Butter....(low carb/low fat/low sugar/organic/creamy)
Personally, I use peanut butter sparingly and haven't had any problems at all. I use the natural, low fat, and PB2 that Mel talked about. I like to eat a teasponful on a graham cracker about an hour before I train with weights because it really helps me ge through my workouts.
Of course, I think it's like anything - too much ain't good for ya! Just my $.02!

Exactly....see...I am working out really hard---starting a Boot Camp (outdoor) class that is brutal & really loving it all.....and, I know old habits die hard...but I am use to eating high protein & high carb before my workouts so that I have more energy.....of course, I'm just adding more calories, etc., but I need to just forget my old ways of thinking! I am only 7 weeks out so no snacking is allowed anyway...just three meals of protein & my water & vitamins.....
Thanks! xo, Micheala.

OOOH! OOOH! OOHH! Bell Plantation FINALLY has a sample pack of PB2 for $3.99!!!!
Here's the information.
I have been wanting to try PB2 for ages, but didn't really want to spend the money on a 4 pack, especially if I didn't like it. Since no one in these parts sells it in stores (that I'm aware of. Closest store is in Alcoa, TN), I'm gonna get the trial pack, ASAP!
I haven't had any peanut butter since surgery. I used to eat it a lot, but have not wanted to open that door quite yet. If PB2 lives up to the hype (everyone seems to like it), then I might be able to enjoy it in moderation. We'll see!
Edited to add: $3.99 includes 4 sample packages (2 regular pb, 2 pb chocolate) AND shipping
