Protein Bars
When I was under a year out, I did eat protein bars. But I noticed that I didn't lose as much weight. I ran out of them and started to lose again. So, I just quit buying the things. I get some samples now and them for my support group, but I rarely eat them and when I do, I cut them into 1/3's and, that is what I suggest the folks in my group do as well. Just not a good idea. Must better to get protein from chicken, or tuna or cottage cheese...
