I saw this and printed the coupon out. Can we eat KFC grilled chicken? Scared it might be too greasy or fatty. Also, can any of you tolerate cole slaw?

I tried a few bites the other day and though it tasted good, it was a little dry and didn't sit well. Also, there were a few people who posted on the RNY board that they dumped from the fat content. I would use caution. I don't think I will be trying it again. Maybe if I had gotten a thigh instead of a breast...

 You should be able to, I've eaten the original recipe and removed the skin and breading, it's really not as bad as it sounds if you look at the nutritional values. The cole slaw, that has alot of sugar, so be careful with that one. 

What a day!!! I sent this to everyone in my office. And of course almost everyone went to KFC and turned in their coupons.... I'm on a liquid diet until tomorrow!!! This whole office smells like grilled chicken and it's making my stomach growl!! I can't wait to go get mine tomorrow!

I probably wouldn't eat the KFC chicken, even grilled, but I did print my coupons off & pop them in the mail to Graceworks in Franklin....they can hand them out to anyone who might need to feed their family....just a thought...thanks Oprah!!! xo, Micheala.

I'm sorry some of you have had issues with this chicken because I LOVE IT! I guess since VSG has less restriction than RNY, it's not a problem for me to eat it. It has zero carbs, which is wonderful. And my pieces were moist and juicy (but I had a thigh and leg). Hope all of you would could enjoy it - did!

Oh, and we had some folks here at work who donated their coupons to the less fortunate as well. Great idea!

If this is the same coupon that you could go to the KFC website and download, its no longer valid...they announced yesturday that they cant honor it anymore due to so much response to it....theyre going to issue rainchecks for it though I think. Apparently it was REALLY popular lol

They didn't know how popular it would be.   That's weird, isn't it.   I heard there are going to be rainchecks, too.   Sometime in June?

Oprah said that she was shocked at the response.   She said something to the effect that even *I* didn't know how much people were hurting.    Yeah, a billionnaire with mansions and jets and all is out of touch with what regular people are going through.   That's a surprise.
