IDGOMB Monday
Missy and I got bikes over the weekend, so we rode our bikes about 2.5 miles Monday morning and then Monday night, I ran 1 mile on treadmill, did strength training (arms/chest & Abs) and then rode 2.5 miles on a stationary bike.
Check out my new bike, it's nice. It even has disc brakes, that's kinda crazy

Great job, Kenny....and I love the bike...fun!
Today I rode my bike 4.3 miles doing sprints & regular intervals, alternating. Then I worked out w/8 & 10 pound arms weights (bis, tris, chest, lats, shoulders, back) and did a set of 100s & about 50 crunches w/a medicine ball and three inner/outer thigh exercises......then I stretched & listened to a bunch of great new music on my MP3....it was a fantastic workout. (I did the same workout for the first time last night & was down 2.6 pounds this morning, so I am hooked!...:)...Micheala.
