STEEPLECHASE CLOTHES-OMG

O my gosh, ya'll.  . . my husband is one of the sponsors of Steeplechase this year, and I have NEVER been.  Always too hot and felt too fat. . . till this year.  Since I've lost 95 pounds since my surgery in November, I decided I would go.  Then the dreaded question from days of old. . . 'what will I wear?'

Well, I went shopping at Stein Mart and TJ Maxx the other day, went instinctively to my old size (20 or 22), then realized what I had done.  Tried on 12's-too big.  Next, 10's-too big.  Went all the way down to size 8's and even 6's before I found something that fit!!!   Woo hoo!!!  I cannot tell you how that felt.  Bought 2 cute little (and I DID say 'little') dresses that are so 'in'  this year. . . u know the ones that look like babydoll dresses from the 60's?  I could not BELIEVE those look good on me now.

THIS SURGERY IS AMAZING.  I get to go to the Steeplechase this year, wear a hat, and NOT look fat!  What could be better???

That is such great news, I'm sure that you was beside yourself. You said that your husband is a sponsor for the Steeplechase. What product/item does he promote. Is he a non-profit? Would he be interested in sponsoring The Nashville Walk from Obesity Walk for Children's Health?

Congratulations!     That's incredible.

But more importantly (to me!) did you get a HAT?
