I'll PM you my formal report on Saturday.
My body does not want to let anything go! (I'm thinking I'm eating too little, actually. Like 800 calories a day with 70g of protein). I go for several days at the same weight then, BLIP! I'm down 2 pounds.
I'm hovering at 230.4 and hope to BLIP down to the upper 220s by egg counting day!!!

p.s. Gotta let us know how the fill goes. Dr. Williams better behave or I'll come smack him! hee hee!

I hope that if I get started hopping to the scales today that by the time I get there on Saturday I will be down to the goal I set for myself. I need 2.5 more pounds. Slow but sure that is my motto!
