 Tuesday late pm - 18 minutes on treadmill (1.3 miles) & 15 minutes on bike (2.7 miles), worked on Abs, pull-ups & dips.

Wed- We'll see if I get to the gym after work (around Midnight), I have to be back in at 9 am, but I wanna try to get some cardio in.

Tuesday- I worked all day in about 90 degrees heat at
work. I was not able to do much exercising outside.

Wed- I push mowed about 40 minutes.... very hot , very
hot, after working in 90 degree heat all day.. hope they
turn the air conditioning on soon.

Tuesday - Field day at school...  UGH!!!!!!  

Wed:  :(  I parked at the WRONG door at 100 Oaks Vandy...   I didn't mean to get that much exercise, but I did...  then I had a FUN time trying to remember the way BACK to my car...  was getting ready to see if my phone's GPS worked inside when I found the door I was looking for!!!

BUT Vandy's new place is AWESOME!!!

 Tuesday & Wednesday I only got in about 7500 steps each day.  Not quite my daily goal of 10,000, but hey, I'm not going to be 100% perfect every day.

It's been VERY stressful this week (my work computer got zapped and I'm afraid the hard disk is toast) and I'm just pleased I haven't eaten any candy as a form of stress relief.  Yay!

I wanna break my 7500 lull tomorrow and hit 10K again!!!

Bob, you old show off!   I would be hanging off my bike gasping for breath if I had peddled 22 miles!  You must be so proud of yourself for your commitment to this regiment.  

I went to the Gym, did my 2 miles,  Rode 1.5 miles on the bike.  Worked lite weights,for arms and worked on machines for various other body parts.

Tuesday- Walked about a 1/4 mile, than spent some time doing light lifting to clean out some stuff from the spare room.

Wensday- I had my drain removed and having hot flashes and so I didn't get any exercise at all.

I'll get better, I swear
