I went to the Y today, I did 1 mile on the treadmill, and 1/2 mile on the elliptical all within thirty minutes, I am thinking that is my best time!   I did some strength training, and then came home and picked fresh lettuce for a salad!!!  YUM.. I'm so excited the garden is doing well!!!!

Tomorrow is Field Day at school!!!   Please pray for me!!

Tomorrow afternoon, I am going to put the kiddo in the stroller and we are going to go 2 miles up the road!!!!!

 Yo, BOB!

I took 3 walks yesterday, just over an hour's worth all total.  Got about 10,800 steps and burned about 2500 calories over the course of the day.

I'm looking forward to doing more than walking in the near future.  But I'm really enjoying walking in the spring weather!

OK, Keri...  I went into the 30 minute cafe the other day, and there are NO pictures on how to use those machines!!  How do you know what to do?   I thought about getting one of the staff...  but then just decided to do the full workout I'm used to inside the big room.

I'm Zumba'ing this week...  ya wanna go too???
