GOOD MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!   I figure I better get online while it was dark...  cause when the sun comes up...   it will be another blessed outside day like yesterday....

Saturday - yard work (nothing like Micheala, I have only been in my house a year, so there is still a lot of moving of dirt, and seeding grassless places... ) but with the wind living in the mountains also means picking up fallen branches....

In the evening, I put kiddo in the stroller and off we went for a mile and half walk...   What a blessing we had yesterday with the weather!

TODAY - I won't be back on here until "darkfall..." or in the morning..  because we will be outside, except for church...  and my goal today is TWO MILES on the walk!!!!!   I will keep you posted!

We are in the final week of our bunny challenge...  so I do hope you get out and hop around some today.....

Scott and I did our fair share of walking today!   The Atlanta airport is huge - HUGE I TELL YOU!
then we forgot the handicap placard and oh no - we had to walk from wherever we parked - it was SOOOOO good for us - then we walked the beach - in the sand for quite a while.  I took of my sandles and did it barefoot - great for the leg muscles - feeling it today though.   Very glad we did though.

Well I did good, Brax and I decided to walk to a yardsale
that was in our neighborhood. It was only little less than a mile round trip. It was so beautiful.. yea.. except Brax gets
tired on the way home, I pulled him in a wagon up
hills and everything till we got home. He weighs 46lbs.
Had a great day working in the yard after the walk-pull.
Oh I went to Walmart last night too, that should count
that place really wears me out.
EVERYBODY GET OUTSIDE (after church).

Yesterday I walked the greenway from Percy Priest Dam to Kohl's with members of the hermitage support group.  That was 2.9 miles.    I then went to the flea market and walked around there it had to be at least 2 miles (if not more).   I then came home and did some yard work.

Today I am going to do some yard work and spend sometime outside to get some natural vitamin D.

Ok, So yeasterday I walked around the fairgrounds, There is a large park for my Maggie to play at. I'm only less than a week from surgery and have my drainage tube still in, so walking more than a 1/4 mile at a time cause me discomfort.

Today's plan is to try and get some yard work done but as the heat rises and I can't seem to be able to bend over too much, I'm not expecting to get much done.

BUT I DID GET OFF MY BUTT!

No yard work today, but I did walk 2 miles with my kiddos & our new "puppy", Clementine (a 3 year old & 157 pound Great Dane---see TN Board post...lol)....

But, I think that I actually made my bunny-hopping egg goal, Amy.  As of this morning I lost 3.6 more pounds after a two to three day stall....so, my total since surgery is 42.8 pounds lost.....let's see...I think I was 168 when I started the challenge & that would be a loss of 22 pounds....or 14.67 cartons of eggs.....did I do it or do I need to go hop some more?

xo, M.
