I walked today and I set out a bunch of flowers in my
yard. I played in the yard trying to teach Brax how to
catch a football. Might not sound like much, but it
wore my butt out.

WooHoo Bob and Ronda...

Yesterday, I didn't make my two mile walk, after getting stung twice I turned around at 1...  but Connor and I worked out in the yard picking up branches and pulling weeds..  LOTS of bending and throwing!    (Hopefully that will count)

Today...  it is to the Y for cardio and strength training!

Opps missed this post yesterday, but I did go to the Gym.  Walked at a pretty fast pace 2 miles. Worked out on machines for various body parts, cleaned out garage and planted flowers.   Man I'm exausted just talking about it!

When I wasn't out in the yard working, I was sitting at the computer blogging.  I did not sit on my big, purple chair AT ALL yesterday.  No snoozing in front of the TV!!!

According to my bugg, I got in 10,290 steps before I took it off to shower.  It also says I burned 2983 calories over the course of the day.

Today is back to the walking routine and will post details on Monday's IDGOMB thread.

We walked around the store, but I wish I could say I did more. My drainage tube is starting to itch bad and I really can't wait till it's gone. But walking around the store pushing a cart for and hour has to count for something.
